## Install with [npm](npmjs.org)

```bash
npm i is-absolute --save
```

## Usage

```js
var isAbsolute = require('is-absolute');
console.log(isAbsolute('a/b/c.js'));
//=> 'false';
```

## Running tests
Install dev dependencies.

```bash
npm i -d && npm test
```
