streams: introduce StreamWrap and JSStream
Introduce a way to wrap plain-js `stream.Duplex` streams into C++ StreamBase's child class. With such method at hand it is now possible to pass `stream.Duplex` instance as a `socket` parameter to `tls.connect()`.
