+We are happy to announce the release of GNU Taler v0.14.
+</p>
+<p>
+We have addressed over 50 individual issues, our bug tracker
+has the <a href="https://bugs.gnunet.org/changelog_page.php?version_id=441">full list</a>.
+Notable changes include:
+</p>
+<ul>
+<li>NEW: Support for limiting transaction and refund amounts</li>
+<li>NEW: AML staff can now define rules for bank accounts not previously known to the exchange</li>
+<li>NEW: Two new merchant helper processes for less-redundant and more timely interactions with the exchange</li>
+<li>NEW: <tt>SHOPPING_URL</tt> configuration option to inform buyers about a Web site listing shops accepting GNU Taler</li>
+<li>Various minor bugfixes, user experience and documentation improvements</li>
+</ul>
