+<p>Mikolai Gütschow and signum gave a talk at the <a href="https://events.ccc.de/congress/2025/">39th Chaos Communication Congress (39C3)</a> in Hamburg, Germany,
+where they reported on their good experiences with offering GNU Taler as a local payment system at <a href="https://lugcamp.wuplug.org/">LugCamp 2024</a>
+and <a href="https://datenspuren.de/2025/">Datenspuren 2024 and 2025</a>.</p>
+<p>The talk entiteled <a href="https://fahrplan.events.ccc.de/congress/2025/fahrplan/event/von-groschen-und-spurlos-gnu-taler-auch-auf-eurem-event">“Von Groschen und SpurLos - GNU Taler auch auf eurem Event!”</a>
