+We are happy to announce the release of GNU Taler v0.12.
+</p>
+<p>
+We have addressed over 80 individual issues, our bug tracker
+has the <a href="https://bugs.gnunet.org/changelog_page.php?version_id=442">full list</a>.
+Notable changes include:

+<li>NEW: Support for bank/card fees in bank-integrated withdrawal</li>
+<li>NEW: Android Wallet now uses native networking</li>
+<li>NEW: Alternate withdrawal flow where amount is selected in the wallet</li>
+<li>NEW: Wallets can render Swiss and German banking QR codes</li>
+<li>NEW: Improved configuration of bank accounts in the merchant backend</li>
+<li>NEW: Improved login token support in libeufin-bank</li>
+<li>Various minor bugfixes, user experience and documentation improvements</li>
+</ul>
