Bookmarking the significative refactoring.
This commit is the last before the upcoming refactoring
of databases and APIs. Notably, the database will be switched
to only support Postgres and the APIs would bring the Taler
Wire Gateway API inside the libeufin-bank (once known as Sandbox).
EBICS support is also going to be (temporarily) disabled in
libeufin-bank.
