+**taler-exchange-secmod-rsa** is a command-line tool to
+handle private RSA key operations for a Taler exchange.

+ Use the configuration and other resources for the merchant to operate

+ Specifies the log level to use. Accepted values are: ``DEBUG``, ``INFO``,
