More precisely, make them untransferable if they were created through
*our* APIs, because those do not follow the improved free callback
mechanism that V8 uses now. All other ArrayBuffers can be transferred
between threads now, the assumption being that they were created in a
clean way that follows the V8 API on this.
This addresses a TODO comment.

V8 deprecates `GetContents()` in favour of `GetBackingStore()`.
Update our code to reflect that.
V8 also deprecates `Externalize()` and `IsExternal()`; we should
be able to remove all usage of this once V8 8.0 is there.

Since worker threads are complete Node.js environments, including the
ability to load native addons, and since those native addons can
allocate resources to be freed when objects go out of scope, and since,
upon worker thread exit, the engine does not invoke the weak callbacks
responsible for freeing resources which still have references, this
modification introduces tracking for weak references such that a list
of outstanding weak references is maintained. This list is traversed
during environment teardown. The callbacks for the remaining weak
references are called.
This change is also relevant for Node.js embedder scenarios, because in
those cases the process also outlives the `node::Environment` and
therefore weak callbacks should also be rendered as environment cleanup
hooks to ensure proper cleanup after native addons. This changes
introduces the means by which this can be accomplished.
A benchmark is included which measures the time it takes to execute the
weak reference callback for a given number of weak references.

We should strive to use weak persistent references consistently
throughout the code, since using `v8::Persistent` directly results
in having to change many sites in the code when the way we use it
changes.
N-API uses `v8impl::Reference` internally when maintaining a weak
persistent reference is necessary. So far, `v8impl::CallbackBundle` was
using `v8::Persistent` directly in order to weakly reference the JS
function backed by a N-API callback.
The change introduced here reduces `v8impl::CallbackBundle` to a simple
structure and uses a `v8impl::Reference` to weakly reference the N-API
callback with which it is associated. The structure is freed by the
`napi_finalize` callback of the `v8impl::Reference`. This brings
N-API use of `v8::Persistent` completely under the `v8impl::Reference`
umbrella, rendering our use of weak references consistent.

Adds `napi_set_instance_data()` and `napi_get_instance_data()`, which
allow native addons to store their data on and retrieve their data from
`napi_env`. `napi_set_instance_data()` accepts a finalizer which is
called when the `node::Environment()` is destroyed.
This entails rendering the `napi_env` local to each add-on.

napi_define_class is tested by passing NULL to all parameters that are
pointers, one at a time. Moreover, two bugs were corrected. One was
utf8name and the second was the property descriptor pointer. These
pointers were assumed to be non-NULL and now we have NULL checks.

files that call the inline methods. Explicitly include it into the files
that need it.

The documentation says that this method returns an array of strings.
Currently, it does not do so for indices. Resolve that by telling
V8 explicitly to convert to string.

https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/24494 fixed a crash
but resulted in increased stress on gc finalization. A leak
was reported in https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/26667 which
we are still investigating. As part of this investigation I
realized we can optimize to reduce amount of deferred finalization.
Regardless of the root cause of the leak this should be a
good optimization. It also resolves the leak for the case being
reported in #26667. The OP in 26667 has confirmed that he can
still recreate the original problem that 24494 fixed and that
the fix still works with this optimization

Calling into the engine from a weak callback is unsafe, however, the
engine offers a way to attach a second-pass weak callback which gets
called when it is safe to call into JavaScript. This moves the point
at which the N-API finalize callback gets called to this latter point.

Crashes were reported during finalization due to
the memory for a reference being deleted and the
finalizer running after the deletion.
This change ensures the deletion of the memory for
the reference only occurs after the finalizer has run.

implementation files. The motivation is that the ECMAScript API stand
on its own so it might be embedded separately, implementation and all.
Portions of the implementation used by both files are stored in
`node_api_impl.h`.
