Files with multiple extensions are not handled by require-module system
therefore if you have file 'file.foo.bar' and require('./file') it won't
be found even while using require.extensions['foo.bar'] but before this
commit if you have require.extensions['foo.bar'] and
require.extensions['bar'] set then the latter will be called if you do
require('./file') but if you remove the former the former ('foo.bar')
property it will fail.
This commit makes it always fail in such cases.

The maximum hard limit that `util.inspect()` could theoretically handle
is the maximum string size. That is ~2 ** 28 on 32 bit systems and
~2 ** 30 on 64 bit systems.
Due to the recursive algorithm a complex object could easily exceed
that limit without throwing an error right away and therefore
crashing the application by exceeding the heap limit.
`util.inspect()` is fast enough to compute 128 MB of data below one
second on an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5600U CPU. This hard limit allows
to inspect arbitrary big objects from now on without crashing the
application or blocking the event loop significantly.

On Windows, normalizeSpawnArguments set "/d /s /c" for any shells.
It cause exec and other methods are limited to cmd.exe as a shell.
Powershell and git-bash are often used instead of cmd.exe,
and they can recieve "-c" switch like unix shells.
So normalizeSpawnArguments is changed to set "/d /s /c" for cmd.exe,
and "-c" for others.

The fast path did not anticipate different ways to express a loose
equal string value (e.g., 1n == '+0001'). This is now fixed with the
downside that all primitives that could theoretically have equal
entries must go through a full comparison.
Only some strings, symbols, undefined, null and NaN can be detected
in a fast path as those entries have a strictly limited set of
possible equal entries.

os.userInfo() takes an optional object as its first argument.
getCheckedFunction() adds a context object to the argument list
passed to the binding layer. The context object has the potential
to confuse the binding layer, particularly if an error occurs.
This commit makes userInfo() explicitly call into the binding
layer with two arguments.

can be interpreted as the readable event is going to be emitted. But
I think the intent of this debug statment is just that the
emitReadable_ function was entered. If that was not the intent then
perhaps the debug statment should be moved into the if statement below

The native crypto module doesn't export INT_MAX, so all occurrences
in the JavaScript layer evaluated to undefined. This change removes
all such occurrences and replaces validateInt32 with validateUint32
since the native layer assumes uint32_t anyway.
The alternative would be to use the constant from the constants
module, but that would be pointless as far as I can tell.
