The design 9 is presented as an extension of a privacy-friendly payment protocol with a 10 zero-knowledge scheme that cryprographically augments coins for this purpose. 11 Our scheme enables buyers to prove to be of sufficient age for a particular 12 transaction without disclosing it. Our modification preserves the privacy and 13 security properties of the payment system such as the anonymity of minors as 14 buyers as well as unlinkability of transactions. We show how our scheme can be 15 instantiated with ECDSA as well with a variant of EdDSA, respectively, and how 16 it can be integrated with the GNU Taler payment system. We provide formal 17 proofs and implementation of our proposal. Key performance measurements for 18 various CPU architectures and implementations are presented. 19
20
Download links
21
22
PDF (English)
23
PDF of presentation on ESORICS 2022 (English)
24
The paper has been published in the proceedings to ESORICS 2022
25 26
27 28 {% endblock body_content %}
