vet taler-exchange-wirewatch(1) options (partially)

- reorder options lexicographically
- document options ‘-c’, ‘-L’, ‘-l’

TODO: Address discrepency between ‘-T’ in ‘--help’ output and in manpage.
      Likewise for ‘-t’.
