1 NOTES: 2 3 (0) Use the latest SVG files only. Updated SVG files should be saved with an incremented number to their filenames. 4 5 (1) Inkscape is the recommended program for manipulating existing SVG files. If you want to print PDFs from an SVG 6 Inkscape file, use "Save as" in the main menu and NOT Inkscape's export function. 7 8 (2) The source file for all brochures in the very beginning was the InDesign template file Taler-Brochure.indd in 9 /marketing/merchants/. The other file Taler-Brochure.idml is an archive containing configurations, fonts and text 10 templates for the InDesign file and should rest in the same folder. 11 12 (3) Installing the Montserrat fonts on a GNU/Linux system (Debian, Ubuntu/Kubuntu): 13 - Login as root in your terminal 14 - Enter the marketing.git repository's local folder /marketing/merchants/Document fonts/: 15 cd marketing.git/merchants/Document fonts# 16 - Copy all fonts to 17 cp * /usr/local/share/fonts 18 - Run in the terminal fc-cache to update the fonts cache 19 - Check if the fonts are installed by using the "fonts" program of your operating system 20 - If you still cannot find the "Montserrat" font inside Inkscape or similar program, try rebooting your system
