exchangedb: free the denomination serials of a withdraw history entry

TALER_EXCHANGEDB_free_reserve_history() released the denomination
hashes of a withdraw entry but not its denom_serials array, so every
reserve history leaked one array per withdraw.  Found by test_misc and
test_reserve_history under the valgrind test setup.
