The Twister is a HTTP proxy written in C with the capability of modifying the data being passed through. The modifications must be batched by the user while the Twister is running.
The Twister was originally written to test Taler components, but can be used completely standalone.
The Twister is Free Software, and the code can be downloaded via Git at git://git.taler.net/twister
