 <p>GNU 是理查・史托曼先生（Richard Stallman，他本人常用的縮寫為
 rms）在1983年啟動的專案，旨在為了所有軟體使用者的自由而以互助合作方式共同打造出人人都能控制其電腦運作的作業系統。rms 現在仍是專案的
