      3   Suspend a transaction, stopping any associated network activities
      4   while keeping the option of trying again at a later time.  This can
      5   be useful to save battery power or bandwidth when an operation is
      6   expected to take longer, such as a very large withdrawal.

     10     The request ``args`` must be an `AbortTransactionRequest` object.

     14     On success, the result is an empty object.

     16   **Side effects:**

     18     Suspends a pending transaction; its processing stops.

     22     The caller can handle the following errors inline:
     23     ``WALLET_TRANSACTION_NOT_FOUND``,
     24     ``WALLET_TRANSACTION_ACTION_UNSUPPORTED``,
     25     ``WALLET_REQUEST_TRANSACTION_STATE_UNSUPPORTED``.
