      4   This operation is a legacy alias of :ts:op:`waitTransactionState`.
      5   It waits until a transaction is in a particular state and has the
      6   same behavior and payloads; the legacy type names
      7   `TestingWaitTransactionRequest` and
      8   `TestingWaitTransactionStateResponse` are aliases of
      9   `WaitTransactionStateRequest` and `WaitTransactionStateResponse`,
     10   respectively.  The operation blocks until the transaction reaches the
     11   target state or the wait fails or times out.

     15     The request must be a `WaitTransactionStateRequest` object.
